Thoroughbred Investment Group was established to buy and sell top thoroughbred racehorses. We focus on classic style athletes, horses that have the physical make-up and ability to compete at the highest level of thoroughbred racing.
Our clients include the Who’s Who in horse racing. Over the years we have had five or six people we would all consider to be pretty famous, as well as a lot of people who simply love the game. At the end of the day, our mission is simple: Introduce people to thoroughbred racing, buy/sell and race at the highest level, and have a good time doing so.

Investing With Us.
People interested in investing with the Thoroughbred Investment Group can do so by emailing us your intentions. We have a variety of opportunities, whether it be in pinhooking (buy/sell) or racing.
Typically, pinhooking opportunities take right at 8-9 months to come to fruition. We buy yearlings in July, August and September, then sell them in the Spring two year old in training sales. Additionally, we purchase weanlings in November and short-yearlings in January, to resell in August and September.
In the past seven years alone, we have raced in the Breeders Cup, the Preakness Stakes, Dubai World Cup, won stakes races in California, Florida, New York and Kentucky, and brought our clients countless thrills.
While our business is based in California, we race all over the country including Santa Anita, Del Mar, Churchill Downs, Keeneland, Kentucky Downs, Belmont, Saratoga, and Gulfstream Park. Our client base is located all over the country too – we currently have clients in Toronto, Canada, Hong Kong, Kentucky, Florida, Pennsylvania, Utah, Colorado, Nevada, Oregon and California.
